There are a number of ways you can provide us with valuable feedback (PDF).

Help us help you

  • Ask staff if you need help with language, interpreting or accessibility.
  • Become a Consumer Representative or Volunteer by emailing RPBMLG.Feedback@health.wa.gov.au or visit the Volunteering page for more information.

Your feedback is important to us, so please take the time to let us know how we can improve; if you received exceptional treatment; or if you have any general comments about your visit.

Complaints for reporting misconduct (staff or public), breaches of the Code of Conduct Policy and other kinds of unacceptable behaviour can be raised, investigated and where appropriate action taken. WA Health can be contacted via EMHS.Integrity&Ethics@health.wa.gov.au.
